I like the lessons and the app but when I try to play the songs it says that the app crashes.

Many bugs Google play store with Samsung tablet. So far works fine on iPad. Frustrating since the app was a factor when purchasing the loog guitar.

Robyn Lariviere

Tuner will only work for 2 of the 3 strings. And when you try to change the monsters clothes it only always pops up the guitar color selector regardless of what you press

craig wagner

Garbage app. Doesn't recognize the chord or pick up sounds on the tuner. Been using on Android and iphone devices.

Jason King

Tuner hard to use. Doesn't recognize chords when we play them. Very frustrating for me let alone for my four year old. App based lessons help to sell the guitar, big disappointment.

Adrienne Wicks

app doesn't respond to chords when tuning guitar or when learning new chords. I have an android

KCBNC

Terrible. App has no lessons and customer services assumes it must not have the latest update. When you tell them it does they don't respond again. Trust everyone else's reviews and don't buy this product.

Tatum Oatney

Crashes constantly. Hangs up. Painful experience. Love the concept, but there's no way my 5 year old is going to learn with this turd sandwich of an app...

Strong Potential. Get the bugs out and it will be great! Noone has an app like this. Market is wide open, but the bugs that stop the program from working are a little frustrating. Would be worth paying for like Simply Guitar, but this is for kids and appeals to them.

App gets stuck after user screen or if I can get it to the tuning screen, very buggy, have to force stop and restart app to get it functioning to do something different. Lessons are easy to watch but the other functions of the app freeze, tuning, songs. Looking forward to a fix or update to prevent freezing.
